As a Senior Sales Professional for Electrical/Switchgear Products, your role will involve driving sales and developing strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors in the Coimbatore region. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, conducting technical presentations and training, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of switchgear and electrical products in Coimbatore, exceeding sales targets. - Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors. - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training for effective solution positioning. - Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, proposals, and contracts. - Collaborate with internal teams for timely project execution and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular market feedback and reports to support business planning. Key Skills Competencies: - Deep Technical Product Knowledge in LV/MV switchgear products and related electrical systems. - Industry Market Awareness of Coimbatore industrial markets, customer segments, and competitors. - Strong Commercial Negotiation Acumen for profitable deal structuring and closing. - Resilience and Self-Motivation in challenging sales environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical/switchgear product sales. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Coimbatore market or similar regions.
