Job Description

As the Sales Manager for the Raipur cluster region and various city locations at Schneider, your role will involve managing the sales of Schneider's entire product portfolio, with a predominant focus on Power Systems, Industry, Partner Projects, Eco, H&D, and DE. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan and map all customers assigned to the region. - Manage the existing customer base while developing new clients. - Accurately forecast and achieve order booking targets for products including LV Switchgear (ACB, MCCB), power contactors, MCB, switches/wiring devices, meters, capacitors & APFC panels, wiring devices, relays, HT products, and industry solutions. - Identify and develop new customers while working on new projects. - Leverage channel partners to meet customer requirements and nurture them to enhance their technical capabilities. - Increase market share within the region while ensuring profitability and timely collections. - Manage sales promotion events and business development initiatives. - Negotiate effectively and build strong relationships, addressing customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Represent the corporate image professionally and act as a solution provider for customers. - Possess excellent influencing and convincing skills; proficiency in computer skills is mandatory.
