As a Purchase Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, releasing, and following up on purchase orders based on requested demands and negotiated prices. Your timely actions will ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will also be in charge of checking unprocessed purchase requisitions and maintaining purchasing data in the ERP system, such as info-records, source lists, and lead times to facilitate timely and accurate processing of purchase orders. Managing order confirmations from suppliers, including manual maintenance, will be part of your daily tasks.
