Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-

Process ownership

  • Accountability on CHRs'/Manager HRs deliverables for the geography
  • Driving existing policies and SOPs and ensuring adherence thereto
  • Regular structured meetings with Operations Team (Zonal OPs Manager + Cluster Managers) for NSO & existing stores along with NSO leads
  • Ensuring optimum recruitment (as per budgets and as aligned to the Diversity & Inclusion {D&I} policy of the organization) before handover to Operations
  • Leading & guiding investigations done on Ethics & POSH cases
  • Evaluating new sources of recruitment suggested by the team, monitoring the Quality of Hires
  • Driving & Monitoring timely recruitment of store staff as per budgets in alignment to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) policy of the organization
  • Adherence to Personnel cost for the region
  • Planning and ensuring execution of CSR, Rewards &Recognition (R&R) and Engagement activities at the region
  • Reviewing payroll and incentive data & Monitoring payroll for ZO employees
  • Diagnosing people issues and seeking liasoning support to drive OD intervention wherever deemed necessary
  • Driving & strategizing plans on survey responses & reviewing execution of corrective measures on the OFIs
  • Reviewing KPI Trackers of CHRs/Manager HR and ensuring appropriate action planning

Employee Benefits Management:

  • Ensure all benefits are passed onto the relevant employees
  • Be equipped with the latest updates on employee benefits' programs and address queries as & when required

Communication:

  • Communicating with the Support Office Team (TCOC,POSH,D&I Recruitment, CSR, Engagement, R&R
  • Constant touch with Operations (SM+CM) for understanding business requirements and calibrating the teams for meeting the requirements
  • Executing HR priorities Diversity, CAPS in consultation with Operations

Reviews:

  • Quarterly/Bi-annual visits to all stores in the region to review people processes/compliances

Constant touch with Operations w.r.t.store performance discussions thru MORs (Qtly) or structured meetings

  • Review & guide direct reportees for enhanced performance and career growth
  • Ensuring maintenance of all statutory compliance

Innovation:

  • Communicating potential changes in the SOP
  • Suggesting developments & innovation in Hiring, CSR,R&R and Engagement activities
