QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: • BASIC QUALIFICATION • MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management (Preferred) • PREFERRED QUALIFICATION • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal • Solid understanding of what the role entails and ability to brainstorm new ideas when and where needed. • Professional with an ability to multitask. • Organising documents and maintaining records • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, and Outlook. • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information delicately. • Teamwork skills
