Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring scalability and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber talent. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  3. Performance Management & Capability Building: Design and implement robust performance management systems, KPIs/OKRs and feedback mechanisms. Drive a culture of continuous performance and professional development.
  4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Lead initiatives to foster a high-engagement, values-driven work environment. Build frameworks for employee recognition, feedback loops, and culture alignment across teams.
  5. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth execution of core HR operations including payroll, attendance, employee documentation and compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  6. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design L&D strategies, and roll out programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities across functions.
  7. Stakeholder Management & HR Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads as a trusted advisor to provide guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce strategy.
  8. People Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data to track key HR metrics, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making at the leadership level.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 6 years of proven experience across all major HR functions
  2. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR tech tools, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and people management skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
  5. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company is a strong advantage
  6. MBA or relevant degree in HR or related field preferred
