Developing the HR agenda for the businesses / functions in alignment with overall business plan
Implementing policies and practices
Improving and monitoring employee productivity
Structuring compensation and benefit packages
Managing staff wellness initiatives
Improving relations between staff and managers
Ensure Talent Acquisition for the functions/businesses is as per the agreed levels and timelines
Drive employee engagement and retention
People counsel to Managers and the function/business leads
Driving recruitment efforts by understanding staffing needs and ensuring that the vacant roles are filled in time
Ascertaining development needs in the team and creating a path to development for each team member.
Work with SCM Head in driving People agenda at fulfillment centers including operations
Working with specialist teams to drive the L&D agenda for the teams
Managing and allocating HR funds
Engaging with heads of department for a two-way communication with the team
Developing deep connects with the teams to be the confidante and support they look for
