Job Description

Responsibilities

Financial Systems & ERP:

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos).

Accounting Standards & Compliance

Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Costing & Budgeting

Expertise in standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards).
Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and financial statements.

Audit & Internal Controls

Familiarity with internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and SOX compliance.
Experience in implementing and monitoring internal financial controls (IFC).

Project Finance & CAPEX Management

Ability to evaluate CAPEX proposals, perform ROI analysis, and track project budgets.

Digital Finance Tools (Preferred)

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Understanding of automation tools like RPA for finance processes.

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
