Senior Manager - Finance

As a seasoned Senior Manager Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance and administrative functions of a diverse business group comprising over 10 companies and LLPs with investments across India and international markets. Your role will involve managing complex, multi-entity operations and driving financial excellence at a group level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounting, financial reporting, and finalisation of accounts for all Indian entities. - Ensure timely compliance and filing under GST, ROC, Income Tax, RBI, ODI, and FDI regulations. - Resolve legacy matters including pending assessments, reconciliations, and past financial compliance issues. - Coordinate and review statutory and internal audits. - Oversee financial operations, audits, and regulatory filings for entities across global jurisdictions. - Ensure compliance with international regulators such as the IRS, State Tax Authorities, and other local bodies. - Manage cross-border transactions, inter-company reconciliations, and foreign exchange compliance. - Consolidate group financials and generate insightful management reports. - Track group investments in start-ups and portfolio companies. - Support management with fund flow planning, capital structuring, and tax optimization strategies. - Supervise the admin team to ensure smooth daily operations and implement process efficiencies. - Drive strong financial controls, compliance, and cost-efficiency measures across departments. Qualifications Required: - Qualified finance professional CA / CPA / ACCA (or equivalent). - 10+ years of experience in finance, accounts, and compliance with exposure to multi-country operations. - Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and international compliance frameworks. - Proficiency in IFRS / US GAAP and cross-border taxation. - Proven ability to lead finance and admin teams effectively. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
