Job Description

Please note: The salary band for this role is between 12-15 LPA We are seeking an experienced (7-10 years of experience) Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to join Saffron Art in Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific, measurable results such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves implementing data-driven strategies and using analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, with the goal of maximising return on investment (ROI) across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals, setting clear objectives and KPIs. • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Regularly report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders. • Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ads and messaging. Ensure cohesive strategy execution across departments. • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on competitors and the category. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the digital space. • Optimization: Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve results, including conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition across platforms. • Budget Allocation: Recommend and advocate for budget reallocation based on campaign performance, focusing on high-performing areas and addressing underperforming ones. • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing pages. Skills and Requirements: • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools • Experience in managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various platforms • Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics dashboards • Understanding of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices • Ability to collaborate effectively with other marketing teams and stakeholders • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and other tools for data analysis and reporting Show more Show less
