- Proven experience leading operational integration or separation programs across functions in pre- and post-deal environments.
- Expertise in building Functional and Operational Blueprints & Entanglements Logs and in developing Target Operating Model
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data effectively.
- Ability to understand requirements and build detailed process flows for Day 1 of operations following a deal close
- Demonstrated language proficiency across comprehension and written / verbal communication
- Strong program and project management skills, including governance and execution oversight.
- Advanced stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities to achieve program objectives.
- Demonstrated team leadership, people development, and mentoring experience
Good-to-have Skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Alteryx, Power BI, and GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of back-office functional processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, etc.)
- Prior experience in sign-to-close and post-deal engagements, including Operating Model blueprinting, separation and integration planning (Day 1, Day 100, and long-term plans).
- Experience contributing to practice development, proposal creation, or go-to market initiatives.
