Position Overview:

The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's long-term strategic

vision. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader with the ability to analyse market

trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop comprehensive strategies that align with

organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of business operations,

market dynamics, and competitive analysis, with a proven track record of executing strategic

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:

o Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and long

term vision.

o Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with actionable

strategic plans.

o Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging

business opportunities.

2. Market Analysis & Insights:

o Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to

inform strategy.

o Analyze data and insights to identify growth opportunities, threats, and key trends in

the industry.

o Utilize business intelligence tools and customer insights to refine strategies and drive

better decision-making.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product)

to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and smooth execution of initiatives.

o Communicate strategic vision and goals across the organization to foster alignment

and drive company-wide engagement.

o Provide mentorship and guidance to teams on strategic execution and problem

solving.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

o Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the

effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

o Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and

opportunities.

o Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and adjust plans as needed to ensure

success.

5. Stakeholder Management:

o Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gain

support and drive alignment on strategic objectives.

o Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, offering insights and

recommendations on business decisions.

6. Innovation & Business Development:

o Drive innovation by identifying new business models, partnerships, and opportunities

for expansion.

o Lead the evaluation and execution of new markets, products, or services to support

organizational growth.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

o Masters’ degree in Business Administration, from a Tier -1 institute

  • Experience:

o 4-5 years of experience in Capital Markets, doing strategic planning, management

consulting, or business leadership roles.

  • Skills & Competencies:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex

ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

o Expertise in market research, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.

o Ability to influence decision-making at the executive level and build consensus across

stakeholders.

o Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple

initiatives.

o Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for developing new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
