Role Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – B2B Partnerships
to spearhead strategic collaborations with
educational institutions, corporate entities, and ecosystem partners

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities with higher education institutions, corporates, and global organizations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership roadmap aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Explore collaborations for co-branded programs, learning solutions, and enterprise upskilling initiatives.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners, leadership teams, and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead partnership negotiations from inception to closure, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Draft, review, and finalize MoUs, partnership agreements, and contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Identify innovative models for partnership-driven growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to design and deliver impactful partnership outcomes.
- Align partnership initiatives with organizational priorities and product strategy.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for partnership success including revenue impact, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premier institution (IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, ISB, or equivalent).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven success in building and scaling partnerships in the EdTech, SaaS, or startup sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and business analytics tools.
