You Will

To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To

• Legal Drafting and Documentation:
• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, Different type of Agreements, litigation matters including contracts, agreements, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other legal correspondences.
• Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  

• Intellectual Property Management:
• Manage the company’s IP portfolio, including filing and prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyrights in collaboration with the IP team.
• Conduct IP due diligence along with the IP team, freedom-to-operate analyses, and risk assessments. c) Monitor and enforce with IP team regarding IP rights, including handling infringement issues.
• Legal Communication:
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and business partners.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct legal research on relevant IP laws, regulations, and case laws.
• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Training and Compliance:
• Develop and deliver training programs on IP law and legal drafting for employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and corporate policies.
  

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

• Equivalent law degree from an accredited institution. Master is Add on.
• Additional certification in Intellectual Property Law is add on.
• Minimum 5 Year Relevant experience in the relevant line of work.
• Fluency in Speaking & writing in Kannada, English & Tamil.
• Internship in legal drafting, communication, and IP management with reputed firms and companies.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal documents, litigation matters, Agreements and IP matters during internship from reputed law firms.
• Exceptional legal drafting and communication skills is must.
• knowledge of litigation, Drafting and Vetting and IP law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
