What we are looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Lead - HR Ops with 4-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a generalist HR role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS, HR data management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. They should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled in HR analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to manage employee queries and collaborate across levels. This role is based in Gurugram and requires supporting end-to-end HR operations, driving process improvements, and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, and HR data management.
- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with employees
across levels.
Key Requirements
- HR Processes & Service Delivery
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, exits, transfers,and
employee lifecycle updates.
- Ensure timely generation of HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
- HR Data Management & Reporting
- Own HRMS data accuracy and ensure timely updates.
- Generate reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, leave, and other HR
metrics.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure clean and reliable HR data.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Provide accurate inputs to payroll teams, including new joiners, exits, variable pay,
and attendance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for benefits such as insurance, reimbursements,
etc.
- Support employees with benefits-related queries and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops &
Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with company and legal requirements.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve efficiency and employee
experience.
- Support HR projects such as new HRMS implementation, policy rollouts, and
process enhancements.
- Employee Experience & Engagement Support
- Support onboarding programs, induction(payroll) sessions, etc.
- Act as a reliable HR contact point for employees for operational and policy-related
queries
