We are looking for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing key accounts and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Key Account Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of the BFSI sector and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
