  • MitKat is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with strategic global clients and drive business growth across MitKat’s service lines — Risk Intelligence, Consulting, and Resourcing. The ideal candidate will be an ex-military professional with a deep understanding of security risk management, resilience, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Security Directors, and Risk Leaders, ensuring MitKat remains their preferred partner for end-to-end risk and resilience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key global and regional accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand client needs, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate MitKat solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling MitKat’s offerings.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving account expansion and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized proposals and strategic account plans.
  • Leverage alliances to generate new business opportunities, leads, and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into MitKat’s offerings.
  • Leverage operational and military experience to provide practical insights on crisis management, security strategy, and resilience planning.
  • Advise clients on emerging risk trends, threat landscapes, and best practices.
  • Represent MitKat at high-level forums, client reviews, and industry conferences.
  • Provide client feedback to guide product innovation and solution enhancement.
  • Coordinate with product, consulting, and intelligence teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain CRM discipline with timely and accurate account reporting.
  • Track client satisfaction metrics and proactively address issues or risks.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Commissioned officer from the Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) with 10–15 years of total experience, including 5+ years in corporate client management or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Security, Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Crisis Response.
  • Awareness of global security, ESG, and resilience trends will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large strategic accounts.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client orientation.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification desirable.
