About The Role

Senior Inside Sales Associates

Lead Development & Process Unit (LDPU)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (200+ dials/day) using CRM and Dialer platforms.
• Engage and qualify prospects, explain FashionTV’s business verticals, and schedule follow-ups for closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, including lead notes, call status, and next steps.
• Work closely with team leaders to optimize pitch, script, and outreach cadence.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by management.
• Adhere to company communication standards and ethical sales practices.
• Submit daily progress reports and coordinate effectively with the sales leadership team.
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Lead Generation (BPO or similar setup).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in CRM and Dialer tools.
• Ability to manage large outreach volumes with consistency and accuracy.
• Mumbai-based candidate, available for on-site work and face-to-face interviews.
  

Preferred

• Background in PropTech, EdTech, Insurance, or luxury brand sales.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
