Job Summary:

Senior Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into paying customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech products or services.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback.
• Mentor junior sales associates and support training initiatives if required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales

  in the

  EdTech industry

  (mandatory).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
