Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Design and execute role-specific sourcing plans to meet business hiring objectives.

• Collaborate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements and role priorities.


Sourcing & Outreach

• Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, networking events, and agencies.

• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


Screening & Assessment

• Conduct structured screening calls and competency-based interviews.

• Coordinate technical assessments and psychometric evaluations as required.


Interview & Selection Process

• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with departmental heads.

• Provide structured feedback loops between interviewers and candidates.


Offer Management & Onboarding

• Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with budgets and candidate expectations.

• Maintain a high offer-to-join ratio through continuous engagement.

• Collect pre-joining documents and coordinate smooth onboarding and induction.


Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain detailed recruitment dashboards tracking key KPIs.

• Analyse sourcing effectiveness and recommend process optimisations.

6 to 8 years of experience

• Expertise in talent sourcing and pipeline management.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

LinkedIn Recruiter

• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
