Senior Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals across a variety of specialties. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract and hire top healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and hiring practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,360.75 - ₹54,452.81 per month
