Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote (USA-based) | Full-Time | Healthcare Staffing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and allied healthcare positions, including nurses, therapists, and medical professionals. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, VMS/MSP platforms, and proven success in delivering quality talent in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, NPs, PT/OT, SLPs, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple specialties
  • Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and staffing needs
  • Utilize sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, ATS, and Boolean searches) to attract top healthcare talent
  • Screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates while ensuring credentialing and compliance standards are met
  • Collaborate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure smooth candidate placement
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics (submittals, interviews, offers, time-to-fill)
  • Serve as a mentor to junior recruiters and assist in training and development
  • Stay current with market trends, licensure requirements, and healthcare workforce dynamics

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing/recruitment (travel, per diem, permanent, or locums)
  • Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP platforms (AMN, Medefis, Aya, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience using ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva)
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, HireEZ, SignalHire, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and multiple client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Pay: ₹21,360.75 - ₹65,000.00 per month
