Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – BD (Nutra Ingredient / Probiotics Proprietary Blend)

• Asst. Manager – BD reporting to the DGM - BD, is responsible for the end-to-end Business development activities of Probiotics Cultures & Probiotic Proprietary Blend primarily and also some aligned ingredients from Nutraceutical basket.
• The individual will work with Commercial business teams, Business Development, New Product Launch, Quality and Product Life Cycle Management to ensure a co-ordinated and coherent approach to customer management.
• In addition, this role is responsible for supporting key business processes that drive continuous improvement and revenue.

·        Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model by maintaining a close relationship with all Partners and provide support to how performance metrics and service expectations can be met.
• Communicate all BD information necessary and in a timely manner to ensure New Product launches.
• Engage in all Business development activities to ensure service to current as well as new customers to align with the market dynamics
• Responsible for supporting the Inventory management process, including target setting, stock maintenance, projections, disposals
• Collaborate and participate in New Product Launch and Life Cycle management Projects.
• Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

• All other relevant duties as assigned.

·        Requirement –

·        2-5 yrs of Experience in Nutra / Probiotics Industry

·        Pharma / Science Graduate or Post Gratuate

·        Good Communication Skills

·        Well versed with Microsoft Suit
