Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in Client Servicing, Content, Media Relations, and Social Media Management Key responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day Internal Communications, Social Media and PR activities for clients, including internal coordination with the design team Creating and executing relevant communications content – social media posts, press releases, briefing documents, talk points, Q&A’s, articles, story pitches, etc. Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns and projects for clients Handling social media management and activations where required Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Ensuring client deliverables are met Where required, reaching out to relevant media to garner opportunities for clients Preparing coverage and activity reports, communications campaign reviews etc. as required Requisites for the positions: A good command over spoken and written English Good content creation skills A degree in Communications, Journalism or PR is preferable Remuneration: As per industry standards
