· Job Summary - Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – BD (Nutra Ingredient / Probiotics Proprietary Blend) Asst. Manager – BD reporting to the DGM - BD, is responsible for the end-to-end Business development activities of Probiotics Cultures & Probiotic Proprietary Blend primarily and also some aligned ingredients from Nutraceutical basket. The individual will work with Commercial business teams, Business Development, New Product Launch, Quality and Product Life Cycle Management to ensure a co-ordinated and coherent approach to customer management. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting key business processes that drive continuous improvement and revenue. · Job Responsibilities Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) model by maintaining a close relationship with all Partners and provide support to how performance metrics and service expectations can be met. Communicate all BD information necessary and in a timely manner to ensure New Product launches. Engage in all Business development activities to ensure service to current as well as new customers to align with the market dynamics Responsible for supporting the Inventory management process, including target setting, stock maintenance, projections, disposals Collaborate and participate in New Product Launch and Life Cycle management Projects. All other relevant duties as assigned. · Requirement – · 2-5 yrs of Experience in Nutra / Probiotics Industry · Pharma / Science Graduate or Post Gratuate · Good Communication Skills · Well versed with Microsoft Suit
