Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager based in Kolkata. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The role involves coordinating with other departments, training staff, and providing financial advice to clients. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to manage regulatory compliance and maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

Experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Performance Management
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Proven ability to handle Regulatory Compliance and Financial Advisory
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
