Job Summary: The Recruitment Executive for Inside Sales/Sales Hiring will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for the sales team, with a focus on Inside Sales roles. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for sales talent. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for inside sales and sales roles, from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' fit based on qualifications, sales experience, and cultural alignment. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with sales team leaders and hiring managers to understand specific sales role requirements and ensure accurate job descriptions. Provide insights on candidate market trends and help define the ideal candidate profile for sales positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely follow-ups, feedback, and clear communication. Negotiate salary offers and employment terms, ensuring both the candidate’s and the company’s expectations are aligned. Sales Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs. Proactively identify and reach out to passive candidates who may be a fit for future roles. Data and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to optimize the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and introductions to start successfully. Continuous Improvement: Stay current on recruitment best practices, trends, and industry standards, especially in the inside sales sector. Continuously improve the recruitment process to attract top-tier sales talent and reduce time-to-hire. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, particularly in hiring for sales or inside sales positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Familiarity with inside sales job roles and sales processes. Key Skills: Strong sourcing and screening skills, particularly for sales and inside sales roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Negotiation skills to secure the best talent within budget constraints. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Other Attributes: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of sales industry trends and an understanding of the key qualities that make a successful sales professional.
