Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements

● 1.5 to 4 years of experience in Loyalty Programs, CRM, Customer Retention, or Campaign Execution.

● Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data for daily reporting and analysis.

● Working knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools is a plus.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

● Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech domains preferred.



1. Loyalty Program Operations & Execution


• Regular tracking and reporting of key metrics related to Prive loyalty program.

• Support in creating dashboards and performance reports for ongoing analysis.

• Execute site activations and experiments in coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor performance of activations, highlight insights, and suggest actionable optimizations.


2. Benefits & Offer Management


• Coordinate the rollout of Prive-specific offers and exclusive benefits.

• Work with internal teams to ensure timely setup of offers and benefits on the platform.

• Support in curating exclusive offers to enhance loyalty participation.


3. Customer Journey & Retention


• Support in driving retention campaigns for Prive members via CRM channels.

• Monitor customer journeys and provide inputs for improving engagement across tiers.

• Assist in implementing targeted initiatives to prevent member churn.


4. Engagement & Amplification


• Execute loyalty amplification campaigns in collaboration with marketing, CRM, and social media teams.

• Coordinate with design, tech, and category teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

• Track engagement metrics and share regular updates for improvements.


5. Reporting & Insights

• Perform regular analysis of customer engagement and offer performance.

• Generate reports and highlight key trends, working closely with analysts or BI teams.

• Assist in deriving insights for improving program execution and profitability.
