As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key player in our recruitment strategy, responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various departments. Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by creating and promoting compelling job descriptions, engaging with potential candidates, and participating in industry events and job fairs.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.
Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness) to measure the success of recruitment efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
