Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Sourcing

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for Opex, Capex, calibration, and other operational requirements.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive and reliable vendor sourcing.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Cost & Contract Management

  • Lead negotiations with vendors for pricing and service terms.
  • Manage contracts, SLAs, and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
  • Initiate and drive cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

3. Supplier Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and address issues proactively.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and resolve conflicts when necessary.

4. Inventory & Demand Planning

  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to plan purchases based on consumption.
  • Forecast demand and place timely procurement orders.

5. Team Leadership

  • Mentor and supervise the procurement team.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review and prioritize procurement needs.
  • Promote a performance-driven and collaborative team culture.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management.
  • Track procurement KPIs and implement performance improvements.
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive and reliable vendor sourcing.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in procurement or supply chain roles, including leadership experience
  • Skills:
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and Power BI
  • Analytical mindset and excellent communication
  • Proven track record in cost optimization and vendor development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
