Job Title: Sr. Executive – Procurement (F&V Industry)

Location: Himachal/Delhi

Industry: Agriculture / Fresh Produce / HORECA Supply

Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory in F&V Procurement)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 35k- 40K (depend on interview performance & experience)

About the Role:

Sr. Executive – Procurement (F&V Industry)

Key Responsibilities

1.    Identify and source quality suppliers for raw materials and services.

2.    Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best rates.

3.    Create and manage purchase orders in the system.

4.    Track delivery timelines and ensure timely receipt of materials.

5.    Maintain vendor records, pricing lists, and procurement reports.

6.    Coordinate with stores, finance, and production for smooth operations.

Key Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

·      1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (F&V/manufacturing preferred).

·      Good understanding of sourcing, negotiations, and purchase procedures.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.

Preferred Skills

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Good relationship-building with vendors.
