Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles.
• Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and onboarding formalities.

• Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle grievance redressal and employee counseling when needed.
• Promote and maintain a positive work culture.

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data.
• Ensure statutory compliances including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
• Support audits and prepare HR documentation and reports.

• Performance Management

• Coordinate the annual appraisal and goal-setting processes.
• Assist in performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Track employee KPIs and probation evaluations.

• Policy Implementation

• Implement and monitor HR policies across branches.
• Ensure policy awareness and compliance among staff.
• Propose revisions to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and documentation.
