Job Description: Senior Executive – HR Operations/Generalist/Payroll/C&B/Data Analytics
Plan and oversee company's compensation and benefits programs, Data Analysis. Responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, business and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits related activities. Working with financial organizations like Aon in developing competitive and cost efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Compensation:
Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation. Leading the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities (Salary benchmarking, Benefits benchmarking) Leading the HRBPs and business in arriving at a standardized salary benchmark using AON reports Create Deluxe standard salary benchmark vs Industry standard benchmark Work on standardizing titles, ranges, median etc Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations to the leadership team on C&B analytics
b. HR Operations:
New hire orientation / induction. Employee life cycle management. Payroll activity. BGV checks. Vendor & employee interactions.
c. Data Analytics:
HR Dashboard Attrition Data Recruiting Data Workday Data and Reporting
d. Annual merit and bonus activity:
Preparing a consolidated merit report and sharing the same with the business Working with the business to get deluxe/industry standard comp revisions percentages and advising the business on the ranges, internal parity and uniformity Consolidating the final sheet of recommendations and working on seeking approvals Preparing presentations on budget available vs utilized to get approvals Working on payroll inputs, Workday uploads, letters etc Preparing the bonus file and seeking approvals with appropriate budget and payout projection details Sending the final bonus inputs to payroll team Validating compensation and titles month on month. Highlighting any disparity to the management proactively.
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills Well verse in excel, ppt, reporting, analytics, mail merge, macros Collaboration skills Negotiating skills Interaction with stakeholders and leadership Proactive and Intuitive Adaptable and flexible
Qualification:
Graduation/Post graduation in HR/Finance 6+ experience in HR operations 3+ years in Data Analysis Certification in HR analytics (optional)
