Position Overview:

Senior Executive – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to all statutory requirements related to labour laws, including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor and implement compliance with the

  Factories Act

  and other applicable labour legislation.
• Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance records for factory personnel.
• Utilize HRMS tools effectively for managing HR data, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Manage and coordinate labour contract agreements and resolve employee grievances efficiently.
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring all documentation complies with statutory and audit standards.
• Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies for inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Support HR-related audits and internal control processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR functions, with a focus on payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and HRMS tool management within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of the

• Proven ability to manage payroll systems, attendance monitoring, and HRMS software effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
