Role Description

We are looking for someone who can independently handle end-to-end HR responsibilities—from hiring to exit, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, interviews & onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling & disciplinary actions
• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and training programs
• Oversee full & final settlements and exit interviews
  

Qualification

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in small/mid-size companies)
• Min Graduate, Post Graduation is plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
• Proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage HR independently
