Role: Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain inventory and logistics records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and working in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of materials and components
• Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels
• Liaise with courier/transport companies and track shipments
• Maintain stock records and update dispatch logs
• Ensure packaging standards and safety of goods in transit
• Support internal teams like sales and logistics with timely dispatch updates
• Ensure on-time delivery as per client requirements
• Perform basic inventory checks and physical stock verification

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy
• Knowledge of logistics or dispatch operations is a plus
• Punctual, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: Graduation (Any stream)
• Experience: 2-3 years

Timings:

9:30am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
