Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Thane. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and managing Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the environmental or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
