The Executive – Stores is responsible for end-to-end management and optimization of all store operations, including Store Operations, Store Maintenance, StoreShield (Physical Security: CCTV & Illumination), and Stores Process Excellence. This role ensures robust inventory control, compliance, process standardization, and physical security, supporting organizational objectives of efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
2.1 Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, WIs, and company policies.
- Coordinate inventory receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all store transactions.
2.2 Store Maintenance
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of store infrastructure and assets.
- Liaise with Facilities and Maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain logs for maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
2.3 StoreShield (Physical Security: CCTV & Illumination)
- Implement and monitor physical security measures, including CCTV coverage and illumination protocols.
- Coordinate with security teams for incident response, audits, and compliance.
- Maintain records of security checks, incident logs, and ensure audit readiness.
2.4 Stores Process Excellence
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize store workflows and reduce operational risks.
- Document and update SOPs/WIs for all stores-related activities.
- Collaborate with Process Excellence and QA teams for audits, ISO documentation, and training.
2.5 Compliance, Audit & Reporting
- Ensure all store activities comply with statutory, audit, and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on inventory, maintenance, security, and process initiatives.
- Support audit readiness and participate in internal/external audits as required.
2.6 Team Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Mentor and train store staff on SOPs, safety, and security protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Accounting, Security, QA) for seamless operations.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a multi-site or large-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, SOPs, and physical security protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office, inventory management software, and digital collaboration tools.
