Documentation & Audits Review and approve technical documents such as SRS, SDS, FMEA, Traceability Matrix, Test Plans, and Validation Reports. Coordinate internal audits, gap analyses, and third-party SIL certification audits (e.g., TUV, RDSO inspections). Ensure traceability of requirements through all stages of design, development, and testing. Testing & Verification Oversight Ensure V&V activities comply with applicable safety norms, including black-box, white-box, integration, and field trial testing. Review test protocols and results from software, hardware, and system integration tests. Monitor non-conformances (NCRs), CAPA activities, and regression tracking.
