Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system, including incident investigation reports, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Provide training on safety procedures, protocols, and best practices to employees involved in railway projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop effective emergency planning strategies and conduct mock drills to ensure preparedness. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidelines related to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety). Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the railways industry. Diploma holder from a recognized institution with any specialization. Strong knowledge of Construction Safety, Emergency Planning, Hazard Analysis, Incident Investigation, Occupational Health, Risk Assessment, Safety Officer Activities, Safety Training, and EHS Management.
