Role & responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Conduct risk management and develop mitigation plans. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Manage project resources effectively, including staff and materials. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in railway projects. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong understanding of railway construction and maintenance standards. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Skills Project planning and scheduling Risk management Budget management Stakeholder communication Resource management Knowledge of railway standards and regulations Microsoft Project or similar project management software Problem-solving
