Senior E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities Order Processing: End-to-end management of order lifecycle across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and other platforms, including order import, confirmation, packaging, and dispatch. Team Handling: Supervise, train, and motivate an operations team to achieve daily/weekly targets, conduct performance reviews, and resolve operational queries. Coordination with Production and Warehouse: Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely stock replenishment, and efficient order fulfillment. Courier Coordination: End-to-end coordination with multiple courier partners for timely pickups, tracking, delivery escalations, and resolution of logistics issues. Sales and Return Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and return reports, and coordinate with accounts teams for reconciliation. Returns & Claims Management: Handle the entire returns process including pickup initiation, inspection, claims with platforms/couriers, and refund processing. Marketplace Compliance: Ensure listings, prices, and product catalogs are compliant with each marketplace’s policies; timely updating of offers, deals, and promotions. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory on hand, aging stock, and stock discrepancies. Raise alerts for low/out-of-stock products. Customer Communication: Address order-related queries, escalations, and complaints from marketplace support and customers promptly. Quality Control: Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with marketplace standards for minimum returns and damage rates. New Product Launches: Coordinate with listing teams for timely onboarding of new SKUs; ensure accurate product content and images. Process Improvement: Regularly identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality. Audit & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for all e-commerce operations, returns/claims, and P&L tracking. Other Tasks: Ad-hoc operational responsibilities as required by management.
