Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managed and maintained product listings across multiple international e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.
  • Oversaw operations for reputed e-commerce sellers/vendors in the USA, UK, and Europe, along with domestic clients, ensuring seamless execution and account performance.
  • Handled end-to-end inventory management, cataloguing, and account monitoring for international clients, while implementing brand protection measures across marketplaces.
  • Coordinated closely with customer support teams to resolve order-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Acted as the primary liaison between the support teams and various e-commerce platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues to meet business objectives.
  • Conducted in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance product visibility and optimize listings for better organic reach.
  • Addressed and resolved seller and buyer grievances across platforms, maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensured a superior customer experience through optimized listings, accurate product information, and responsive communication on all channels.
  • Gained a comprehensive understanding of each client's business model, providing tailored support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Reported critical issues and operational risks to management and provided actionable insights for resolution.
  • Delegated project-specific tasks to junior team members based on their skill sets and expertise, promoting team efficiency and growth.
  • Monitored and tracked project progress, ensuring timely achievement of both short-term and long-term milestones.
  • Delivered regular project status reports to stakeholders, facilitating transparent and data-driven decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/B.Com/PGDMBCA/ BE/MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
  • Prior 1+ Year experience in E-Commerce account handling.
  • He/she should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Email correspondence.
  • Fluency in English communication would be considered a major plus point.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
