Amazon Operations (Seller & Vendor Central)

• Maintain account health scores across all ecommerce platforms along with Amazon and Flipkart.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rates
• Manage Buy Box ownership percentage and pricing strategies
• Handle inventory planning to maintain 90%+ in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory

*Multi-Platform Channel Management*

• Execute go-to-market strategies across Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces
• Maintain consistent brand presence and pricing across all platforms
• Optimize platform-specific features (Flipkart Assured, Amazon seller flex,direct fulfilment etc.)
• Monitor and improve seller ratings and customer feedback scores

*Marketing & Advertising PLA(Product Listing Ads) Management*

• Manage advertising spend efficiency with target ROAS/ACoS metrics
• Optimize campaign performance across Google Shopping, Amazon PPC, and marketplace ads
• Conduct keyword research and bid management for maximum visibility

*Digital Marketing Integration*

• Coordinate promotional campaigns across all platforms
• Plan and execute seasonal sales events and platform-specific promotions
• Manage brand stores and enhanced brand content creation

*Inventory & Supply Chain Demand Planning & Forecasting*

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing holding costs
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely procurement and replenishment
• Manage seasonal inventory planning and clearance strategies

*Track inventory turnover ratios and aging reports Fulfilment Operations*

• Optimize fulfilment methods (FBA, seller-fulfilled, vendor direct) based on cost and service levels
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
• Manage returns and refund processes efficiently

Analytics & Reporting

Performance Monitoring

• Track and report on key metrics: sales growth, market share, profitability by platform
• Analyse customer acquisition costs and lifetime value across channels
• Monitor competitive landscape and pricing intelligence
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews with actionable insights

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilize platform analytics tools and third-party software for optimization
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
• Track and improve key operational metrics like order defect rates, delivery performance

*Strategic Planning Business Development*

• Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities
• Plan product launches and category expansions
• Coordinate with brand teams on exclusive launches and partnerships
