We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Adsperclick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital marketing space. Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and onboard new employees effectively. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that align with Adsperclick’s goals. Facilitate training and development programs tailored to the digital marketing industry. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with labor laws and industry standards. Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to employee relations and workplace safety. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction surveys. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. years of HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
