Human Resource Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital marketing space. Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and onboard new employees effectively. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that align with Adsperclick’s goals. Facilitate training and development programs tailored to the digital marketing industry. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with labor laws and industry standards. Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to employee relations and workplace safety. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction surveys. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. years of HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
