Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager HR is responsible for leading and managing the core HR processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the region. This role oversees employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, Employee engagement and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and has strong experience in operationalizing HR strategies at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee records, contracts, and changes.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Resolve operational HR issues in collaboration with business and Corporate HR teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and provide HR guidance to support business outcomes.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct employee check-ins, surveys, and exit interviews, and analyze feedback for improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or Masters in HR preferred.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role focused on HR operations and Business Partnering.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
