Recruitment & Staffing Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various departments, from sourcing and screening to final selection and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring. Maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective networking, referrals, and job portals. Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the interview process with the respective Directors. 2. Attendance & Leave Management Oversee daily attendance records and ensure adherence to company policies. Handle leave applications, comp-off approvals, and monthly attendance reconciliations for payroll processing. 3. Payroll Processing Coordinate monthly payroll activities including attendance validation, deductions, and incentive calculations. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) and timely salary disbursements. 4. Performance Management System (PMS) Implement and monitor PMS frameworks and periodic review cycles. Work closely with management to refine performance metrics and link them with incentives/appraisals. 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns, maintaining a positive and transparent work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs. Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution in line with company policies. 6. HR Operations & Compliance Manage joining formalities including offer letters, induction, and documentation. Administer exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlements.
