Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive residential property sales in Mumbai and nearby areas.
Develop and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
Manage end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated with local market trends to guide buyers effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience in residential real estate sales
in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.

Qualification- Graduate in any field/PG preferred
Strong knowledge of Mumbais property market and buyer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A
two-wheeler
is preferred for client meetings and site visits.
