Job Description

  • Responsible for Payroll processing for the Unit by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders. Address payroll related queries promptly and maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Develop JDs & KRA’s for all non - clinical roles.
  • Handle disciplinary cases fairly, ensuring adherence to hospital policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records for audits and accreditation reviews.
  • Support manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Support disciplinary processes in line with labor laws and HR policy.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit various HR MIS reports to Unit HR Head and corporate HR.
  • Oversee exit formalities, derive action plan & implement.
  • Responsible for internal HR audits.
